SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Apex Animal Health (Pty) Ltd. is committed to delivering your order promptly, safely, and efficiently. This policy outlines our current shipping methods, timeframes, and our position on returns and refunds.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently offer shipping within South Africa through our logistics partners, MDS Collivery and ACT Logistics.

  • Delivery Timeframes: Delivery typically occurs within 2 to 4 business days from dispatch. Timeframes may vary depending on the delivery location.
  • Local Delivery: Orders within 35 km of our Head Office may be delivered by our assigned driver or through our logistics partners.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor the status and location of your parcel until delivery.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

All applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges related to shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Apex Animal Health (Pty) Ltd. is not liable for these fees.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to safety, all sales are considered final. However, we will accept returns or issue refunds in the event of damage or fulfilment errors.

 

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of:

  • Products delivered in a damaged condition
  • Incorrect items received

To qualify for a return or refund, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of receipt.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email info@apexanimalhealth.co.za within 24 hours
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
    • A brief explanation of the issue

Please retain all packaging materials while your claim is being processed.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only processed in cases of:

  • Incorrect items sent
  • Missing items from your order

Once your claim is verified and approved, a refund will be issued to you within 7 to 10 business days.
